Summary: Very good hotel with a small billiard table at the entrance which makes us challenging tournaments with my boy. Clean and vey friendly staff. Just in front of the hotel, tram station is located and you can reach downtown very easily

Summary: Cleanliness was definitely good. Room space was a little tight. Decent breakfast. A solid 3-star experience at a 3-star hotel. Good location about five minutes from the beach. Also well-located for grocery stores, restaurants and boulangeries.

Summary: This hotel doesn't fullfill the criteria of a 3-star hotel. I would rate it as a 2-star hotel. However, the location is great (it's a 4 minute walk to the beaches of Juan Les Pins), the rooms are clean and the service is good. I would recommend it for a short stay at Juan Les Pins.
